  2. Pretty reasonable (although I don't agree with him completely on all his ideas and think some make more sense in the NYC context).
  3. via orgtheory
  4. This article, and the other articles in this "Room For Debate" about ADHD are awesome.
  5. I could this blog post as my reading list for the next sevreal months.
  6. This review was bad but should have been worse IMHO. '“Why would anyone go to such lengths to get hold of a memoir whose essential purpose was to entertain?” (Oh, perhaps because people don’t find it very entertaining to be depicted as charlatans.) Such faux naïveté is unbecoming in someone as savvy as Lyons is, and makes him seem, in the end, an unreliable narrator of his own story.'
  7. Cute.
  8. Rude and potentially offensive place names in the UK.

  11. I can't tell if there's anything interesting in this story or not.
  12. Nice profile of danah, although a little weird it's in the fashion section and, y'know, focuses a ton on her fashion.
  13. Fantastic article.
  14. Wow, I totally wrote something about this independently last week.
  15. Yes, the internet is full of idiots.
  16. A nice history of chat.meatspac.es.
  17. I think that writing about a companies internally strategy is pretty risky but the idea that Google is putting its own interest over its users is an interesting idea that meshes pretty well with the whole antifeatures cocept that I've been throwing around.
  18. "Among women 18 to 49, NBC’s “Sunday Night Football” was the third-most-watched program in America"
  19. Saw it at the Mori art museum.
  20. Nice idea, although I have one *huge* problem. It should be called whenidie.org, not ifidie.org. Please.
