I'm still just blown away by the horrible default faults on ebook readers. They are seriously worse than any fonts I've seen used in books. How do publishers let this happen?

If publishers OK it, Amazon allows books to borrowed. Here is a site that tries to allow this among groups broader than friends. Let's see how long this lasts.

Famous celebrant of material books reviews kindle and (surprisingly) finds it lacking. I love Nicholson Baker and have big problems with the kindle. But this bad review is just bad.
