  2. The most interesting part, I think, is that the porn industry is actively involved in copyright litigation. I have often held them up as an example of an industry who didn't have litigation as an option and, as a result, had to be more creative.

  4. I went to this event last night where a bunch of musicians did live improvisational recordings of new audio tracks for YouTube video's whose audio has been removed due to copyright infringement. Putting things right!

  7. Awesome interview of Lewis Hyde by Mike Linksvayer. Not often you find an interview as familiar with the interviewees work as you do here. It helps, I guess, if the reader of the interview is familiar with Hyde's broader work as well.
