Maybe you know somebody who should be nominated for the FSF's free software award?
Interesting pane from an Italian meeting called the "Share Festival". I haven't watched the whole thing but the parts I've seen seem reasonably intriguing -- although a few of the people are definitely of the sort of European-free culture "usual suspects" group and so may not have a lot new to say to you.
Looks pretty fun. And pretty hippy.
Going to miss it this year (2013) but I'll try to help out in future years.
I wish I had done this awesome charity food drive year. Next year!
Sleep No More is apparently in NYC. I missed in Boston and I really do want to go. It seems to be selling out well ahead of when it's up so if I do want to go, I should probably plan something soon.
Free films at Tufts. Schedule for the Spring.

Now OWS is launching the ROLLING JUBILEE, a program that has been in development for months. OWS is going to start buying distressed debt (medical bills, student loans, etc.) in order to forgive it. As a test run, we spent $500, which bought $14,000 of distressed debt. We then ERASED THAT DEBT. (If you’re a debt broker, once you own someone’s debt you can do whatever you want with it — traditionally, you hound debtors to their grave trying to collect. We’re playing a different game. A MORE AWESOME GAME.)"
Greet alternative to Doodle.
Telesummit goes down on the 15th. Along with everything else, apparently.
