  1. Books I will miss dearly. Handwriting, not so much. I certainly forgot how to write in cursive and don't lose any sleep over it.
  2. I think that writing about a companies internally strategy is pretty risky but the idea that Google is putting its own interest over its users is an interesting idea that meshes pretty well with the whole antifeatures cocept that I've been throwing around.
  3. Journalists versus the Internet. Guess which side Gladwell takes? Gladwell would be well served to not reviewing books he has such stake in. I've never seen him look this defensive or uninformed.
  4. I don't know much about Mangnolia but this seems like a very good reason to be worried about Software as a Service.
